Which tools use no credits?
Manual edits, local transcription, silence detection, local tracking, captions, and local rendering do not use cloud credits.
What happens when a cloud task fails?
The unused reservation returns to your balance. You can inspect grants, reservations, and returns in Account → Billing.
Can I edit without an internet connection?
Sign in once while connected. A valid cached account and entitlement permit local editing during a temporary connection loss. Connect again when the cache expires.
Can I add more credits?
Available credit packs appear in your account. Choose Stripe or Paystack when available. Credit prices and export limits come from the active plan catalog.
