Built around the edit

A direct way to work.
Room for the details.

Start with a selection and an instruction. Open the manual controls whenever you need them.

Say what the edit needs.

Select a clip, a time range, or a subject. Write an instruction. Direct mode applies precise local edits. Plan mode lets you review the changes first.

Keep the originals.

Video copies footage into your project folder. Edits change the timeline. They do not change your original media.

Go into the details.

Use multiple tracks, frame-accurate trims, transforms, keyframes, color controls, and audio levels when the edit needs more control.

Work from the words.

Create a transcript on your computer. Select words to find a moment, remove a section, or add a caption track.

Follow your subject.

Draw a box in the viewer. Track the selected region, then use the track to keep the subject in the frame.

Choose what leaves.

Keep all editing local, allow text context, or approve cloud processing. The privacy control belongs to you.

A timeline you can trust.

Split, trim, move, reorder, and ripple-delete clips. Add captions, overlays, imported music, and sound effects. Undo an entire assistant edit in one step.

Exports use your originals.

Small playback files keep the workspace responsive. Final rendering reads the original files. Select your resolution, frame rate, and quality before export.
